Thank you for editing my work 
I have a few questions:
US and UK in previous chapters US was U.S. please advise.
What do you mean by "add space between paragraphs of the same style?
When a heading is in italics, does that include the number or the letter that precedes it e.g. 
should it be 3) Research findings OR 3) Research findings

Regarding indentation, is every first lline of a paragraph indent: before 0.5 ?
I will include a glossary section that explains the Arabic words that the participants used in the interviews. Also, I will address the referencing problem in later stages.
