I am so thankful that you put your suggestions in the margins. The "any proposed alternatives to their..." comment is especially appreciated. You fixed the sentence that I had tried to rewrite several times so easily! Of note, the legal citation style that I used is acceptable. Judges let litigants themselves choose their preferred style guidelines. I usually follow Prof. Peter W. Martin's legal citation manual.
